Wonderful

General room conditions and style, very nice. The Spa bath in the room is also very nice.

Air conditioning could be better, it wasn't cooling enough.

localisation, automatic curtains, mirror above the bed, nice and big shower, robes . We had our room ready earlier than we thought it would be, so it was very nice.

Holiday

The Hotel looks really nice and cozy for adults. The private jacuzzi makes your holidays special. The Hotel staff is really helpful and changed our room because in the first room was too hot and ac did not work this floor. The bed is king size and comforable. The rooms were clean regulary. Also the hotel is located in the main sreet of the city. The spa also is a plus.

Indeed even the hotel is nice some things did not work properly. The jacuzzi always passed water on the ground. Also coffee machine was not working quite good. We informed about it the hotel staff. Another thing, on the one hand the hotel is in the main bars street, on the other hand that the music from the outside you can hear till 4-5 h in the morning. Also it is quite dark in the rooms, al the time it looks like the evening. Besides, the room cleaner damaged my wire of the charger. However, I noticed only at home. The last thing take into account that the hotel has heating and cooling floors, you can not regulate by yourself. This thing was always annoying.

Good

The hotel is furnished to a high standard with spacious rooms and extremely comfortable beds. It is spotlessly clean and lhas added extras like Molton Brown toiletries in the bathroom.

The "elegant balcony rooms' are extremely noisy as the rooms are essentially next to nightclubs which are open until 4.30am. The quadruple glazing and ear buds couldn't drown out the noise.

The hotel was very nice easy to locate in the heart of the town bay beach!

The breakfast was delightful, offering a variety of options, including a delicious omelette. I particularly enjoyed the omelette, along with the selection of fruits available. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The manager, Mr. Aravind Kumar, and Mr. Khyan were especially kind to us. Even when we encountered a few issues, they worked hard to ensure everything met our expectations. Overall, it was a brilliant experience!

Large jakuzzi with ample room comfort, and varied breakfast.

Loud street noise and from the clubs nearby till 4am. TV system very slow. Would be great to upgrade it.

Good overall.

The location was very good with restaurants, cafe and transportation at the doorstep. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very good with enough options for vegetarians . Spa facilities are good and we used them on a couple of occasions. Treatments are expensive.

There was a lot of noise until the very early hours of the morning as the night clubs are next door to the hotel. So if you are a light sleeper then this hotel may not be for you. The rooms are very dark and interior is black, but a minor point. On our last day we moved to a jacuzzi room and used the facility which turned into a nightmare. There was a leak in the jacuzzi and water started leaking out which eventually flooded the room. We panicked and tried to contact reception area but internal phone was not working. Luckily there was someone from housekeeping around who then came and cleaned the room. It was a very stressful situation as we could have slipped and fallen. When we mentioned to reception on check out all they said was sorry. I feel they could have offered us some compensation for the inconvenience.

Love the jacuzzi in the room.

Rooms are very dark. It has a dungeon vibe???? view from the window onto the inner courtyard means that there was no day light. We had to turn on the lights also during the day. Walls are very thin. One night at 1am we were woken up by jacuzzi noise. Yes someone turn on jacuzzi in the middle of the night, next night someone very loudly had sex. Love the bathroom.

Very Good

The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed the hospitality. Great breakfast. The spa was nice.

The rooms were not soundproof at all and I was woken up every night because of noise both outside the hotel and inside. It was a lot of noice from the street and people being loud through out the night. The hotel is close by to one of the most busiest bar streets, so drunk people were singing and screaming right outside our hotel. The walls were paper thin and we could hear what people in the hotel corridors were talking about.

Not worth it for the jacuzzi but a nice spa hotel overall

- Breakfast had a good full English - Location convenient with lots of things nearby - Spa area and indoor pool was stunning

Air conditioning and jacuzzi weren't working night one, and some of the staff weren't helpful / kept misplacing notes or trying to gaslight us about it not being broken. After they 'fixed' it the Jacuzzi water didn't run hot enough in the evenings and takes over an hour to fill as half the taps weren't working. Only one setting on our jacuzzi worked of the two options. Overall it's a nice hotel with nice rooms but not amazing value for money if you're booking for the jacuzzi.
